Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
3 handstand push-ups
3 cleans
6 handstand push-ups
3 cleans
9 handstand push-ups
3 cleans
12 handstand push-ups
6 cleans
15 handstand push-ups
6 cleans
18 handstand push-ups
6 cleans
21 handstand push-ups
9 cleans
Etc., adding 3 reps to the handstand push-up each round, and 3 reps to the clean every 3 rounds.

Men clean 185 lb.
Women clean 125 lb.

15.4 came and went and with it… those standards! Like them or hate them, there are the standards and they are set for a reason and that is for them to be followed! The I’m super proud of our guys and girls embracing the new and giving it all you have! My hope in everyone doing the Open workouts is that you have achieved scores that you didn’t think were possible. For those who have signed up and are entering the final wod of 2015, you all should be proud of the efforts and scores that you have put up over the last four weeks. Well done to all, both Rx’d and Scaled! So the big question is, what will 15.5 bring? I know that whole Crossfit world is saying the obvious ones that are left (box jumps, thrusters, and burpees) but I am thinking that this is too obvious for the evil Dave! Maybe “heavy double burpee’d Fran”? Anyone? Anyone? Bomo Videli…
